Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping.
Estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days, depending on your location.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are typically processed and shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will ship on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat-rate or weight-based shipping fees may apply, depending on your order total and destination.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • All package weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound in accordance with shipping carrier policies.

  • Carrier delays

  • Holidays

  • Volume of orders during peak periods

Please note: Delivery dates are not guaranteed, unless you have selected a carrier service that specifically offers a guaranteed delivery window.

Shipping Issues

Verse Therapeutics is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Items marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • 30% restocking fee will be applied.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Items must be returned in unused, original condition with all packaging intact.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received, refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks, accounting for:

  • Transit time to our facility: 5–10 business days

  • Internal processing time: 3–5 business days

  • Bank processing time: 5–10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Returned to Sender

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, the same 30% restocking fee will apply.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us with the following:

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief description of the reason for the return

We will respond promptly with step-by-step instructions for returning your item(s).
